Two night reservations and holiday weekend reservations require full payment as deposit. Reservations for three nights or more require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. Reservations and deposits are non-transferrable, no exceptions.
There is no fee for date changes requested 14 days or more prior to your date of arrival. Please note, your site number may change depending on availability.

If you are adding days to your reservation, there is no fee.
If you are subtracting days, or changing the dates of your reservation you must pay a $20 date change service fee and pay your site balance in full. Your reservation will be changed and any remaining credits will be applied to your client account. There is no expiration for the use of this credit.
• Less than 24 hours in advance: You are ineligible for any credits or refunds. All reservation dates must be honored at check-in.
There are NO refunds for early departures. Credits, deposits, and reservations are non-transferrable. Your reserved site number may change in the event of a date change.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via our online cancellation form. A service fee of 1 night (based on avg. nightly rate of reservation) is applied to all cancellations before any refund is issued. Reservation cancellations processed 14 days or more before date of arrival receive a refund to the original payment type/credit card used for deposit.
Cancellations made 13 to 1 days prior to arrival date receive Hid’n Pines camp credit, applied to reservation holder’s client account. There is no expiration on the use of this credit. All credits, deposits, refunds, and reservations are non-transferrable. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to arrival time forfeit all deposits.
